They pushed an update yesterday that fixed a few of the incompatible rom files/issues. (Noteably [for me anyway] Castlevania Bloodlines)

Like NESRoid, the sound stutters a bit, but there are rarely ever any noticeable frame rate drops. A great program easily worth the price.
