Gensoid (SEGA Genesis Emu): Classic old school gaming wherever you are!

Being a follower of the Android OS since the first release of the G1 I've played a lot of games on a variety of phones. One developer that has continued to surprise me since the beginning is Yongzh. His emulators at first were buggy and didn't play some of the very iconic games I grew up with but Yongzh quickly began polishing them and adding amazing features. He now has the best set of emulators I've used on a mobile phone. The Sega emulator being my all time favorite. Now the emulators if you haven't used one before may require a slight learning curve. For instance adding the games you want to play. You have to know where to find them and how to put them on your phone. After you get past adding games the only other real trick is fine tuning the controls to your liking. Now this is obviously much simpler on a phone with a real keyboard. The virtual keyboard has improved greatly but still has a few kinks to work out. The emulator has a top notch save feature that allows you to resume your game at any point and even keeps a thumbnail to help you manage your saved games. Another great feature is the ability to fast forward through parts of a game that are slow like in RPGs with drawn out dialog. Email support from the Dev was great and he responded quickly to questions. I still get excited seeing update available for any of his emulators as he is always improving and adding great new features. Over all if you love the classic titles from your childhood and want to relive some of the greatest old school titles you need not look any further.
