While our game has been on the market for a few months, I'm posting to show some details of our newest update which includes a massive UI makeover!
Hopefully we have managed to address most of the feedback we received, and would like to encourage those that weren't happy with the first release, to come back and have a second look!
And of course, if you've never tried the game, the time is now :)

About the game:
GeoTeam Pub Trivia is the ultimate online, multiplayer, cross-platform, persistant, trivia game, available on all your favorite platforms! Play with other players in your area to compete on a global scale.
Join a real-time game and answer the same questions, at the same time, as everyone else in the world. You are automatically teamed-up with others in your same state/locale, where your scores impact your personal and your team score!
GeoTeam Pub Trivia is available now for the Android and iPhone platforms, as well as a beta Windows application available from our website. Linux version coming soon. Everyone plays together, regardless of platform.

Pub Trivia doesn't actively use your GPS hardware for your location, It simply queries the last location saved by Android.

If you are seeing "Someplace, Earth", you need to cause a GPS update to take place on your phone. You can do this by opening the "Maps" (Google Maps) application and selecting the "My Location" menu option.

(Or any other GPS application that will update Android's saved location data)

Bah I was searching for trivia the other day and just did another and realized the reason I can't find it is that it's a paid app and sadly we can't access those yet :(

Had to get the developer of Bloo to put his app on SlideME so users unable to buy from the market could buy his app.

Whenever Canada can buy apps, I'll probably pick up the trivia game - love them :)
