my wife upgraded this week to an s4 and had a free gear watch, that she doesn't want.
I am happy to have it, but only have an s2.
seems gear only works with note and s4 on android 4.3, and my s2 only has 4.1.2.
is there a hardware limitation, or is it purely the droid version that prevents a gear from pairing with an s2?
ie
if I rooted it and forced a custom 4.3 onto it would the gear then work with it or not?
