It says m7_u rather than ul, so a non-LTE model (less common). Will see what can find when on a computer. The CID is the key for that (K18 certainly isn't the default international unlocked device).

Have you been doing a factory reset before installing ROMs? If not that could explain your problem. More info on which ROMs and which recovery might help too.

OK, I've done a bit of searching, but not found a suitable RUU (though I did find a number of places where people said "I don't know of an RUU for that model" :( ).

I think that many M7_UL ROMs should work on an M7_U though. Can you let us know what you've tried?

The basic factory ROM is going to be difficult, unless you took a backup using your custom recovery before you started flashing ROMs. If you did then you could restore that and you'd have the original ROM back.

Otherwise unless someone can find an RUU for that device your best bet might be to find a Sense-based ROM which will work on your phone: ViperOne or Android Revolution HD (a 4.4 version, not 5.0) for example. Your baseband version corresponds to 4.4 firmware, so you should be able to run such ROMs (I doubt you could run Lollipop 5.0 ROMs without a firmware update, which will be tricky without an RUU). Since you do have a working ROM now, please take a backup using recovery (aka a "nandroid" backup) before flashing any other ROMs. That way if a ROM doesn't work you can just restore the backup and you have a working phone again.

If you had an m7_ul I'd be tempted to make some other suggestions, but with an m7_u I don't want to take the chance of pointing you to something which ends up bricking your device.

thank you but i think its more like Hardware problem cause i made a full format and then sideload the stock rom zip with twrp. The phone start normaly then stuck on HTC white screen again and crush - or just crash and restart. So i think we can rule out software prob..
