get Windstream e-mail working on Samsung Galaxy S3

Carrier: Windstream
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S3
Problem: Have been receiving e-mails but cannot send. I went to Windstream website and put in all the info they said to put in on setup--and now it's WORSE! (can't connect to server).
