Getting a new android phone- copying my old settings?

So, On the 29th, I got my HTC Droid Incredible. (LOVE IT!). I spent the better part of a week getting my home screens all set up, downloading all the apps I wanted, etc. Of course, I've got more work to do before it fits me perfectly, but it is mostly there. Then, last Thursday, BOOM, I dropped it! Screen is completely shattered (although, I'm guessing, thanks to my screen protector, it does still work). I have a new Incredible arriving today. I am wondering if there is some way to "clone"(?) my broken phone so that everything shows up the same on the new one. It would be awesome if I don't have to get my apps one-by-one and set up my home screens, etc. Not to mention the few apps that I bought that I don't really care to pay for again (that is not as big of a deal though... I'm talking, maybe $6 tops). Any ideas?!
