Yes, thanks, I'm not an idiot. I need ONE printed statement for a very specific purpose, and it should not be that hard for them to go into my acct, pull the info I need into a document and email it to me. You are aware that their website is a piece of shit and there's no way for one to see all their info in one place in printable form, no?
The word "want" does not appear in any of my posts, note. "Need", as in need for official business, does. Also note I used the word "statement" in my second post to be more clear. I posted the OP yesterday in case anyone here had been able to do this and could give me advice before I contacted VM. I have since contacted them through several routes and yes, they "DON'T" do this; doesn't mean they CAN'T, only means they WON'T.
And with that, I invite you to take your condescending BS elsewhere. I've had to deal with enough unhelpful jerks in the past 2 days to last me a lifetime. Do you work for them, by any chance?
Hey melim. I've been' watching this thread closely myself as I could use a statement myself. My company reimburses my cell expenses and I switched from AT&T to VM (which I have NO complaints at all, VM has been great for the last couple of months). However my company requires statements for expense reports and with VM it has been a bit dicey. My company has agreed though to printing the billing history as one attachment, then the call detail history on another. Not as convenient as having a prepared statement, but something. I'm assuming you are requesting for similar purposes. If you happen to learn more, please share with us all. Overall this android forum is a GREAT resource and there are LOTS of helpful people out there, don't let this bad experience keep you away. I've learned a lot just by reading. Anyway, good luck!!!
One would think, but nope. Most of what you can print off that crappy website has no identifying info on it. In fact, the only thing that has any identifying info on it is the payment history, and that only has your first name.
