getting error message

i am geting error message when i am trying to access android widgets, i am getting message process com.android.settings , i have tried the solutions in the website. i did pull out the battery., out it did't worked. can any one help me?

It would be helpful if we knew what phone/Android version you were using.

Try going to menu>settings>applications>manage application and tap the middle tab (All). Scroll down and tap the app settings. Click clear data. Be advised that this will clear a lot of your phone's configuration settings and you will have to reset them. I am not exactly sure of everything that it will clear.

If that doesn't work, a full factory reset may be in order.
