Getting external player prompt to appear when playing mp4 files on internet browser

I really want to be able to stream videos from my phones browser to my tv. I figure the easiest way to do that, is with the phones built in media player as it has a streaming option.

However, whenever I go to a mobile website to watch a video (almost always mp4) it only plays from the browser player, which does not allow for a streaming option.

Any one know how I can bypass this and use the androids default player as opposed to the html5 browser player?
