Ps the gobbledygook is from keyboard cockups and yes ive tried diff keyboards and no its not just ebay or specjfic sites that fail in the tabs its all random..

Have you ever thought of using the default browser? I've tried them all ...and if it's not one problem, it's another.

you need to enable spell correct. i mostly use chrome and firefox for somethings but i agree firefox on android is behind it features and the way it does things. Google made chrome the main browser of android so id say use that and theres a ebay app its great

I'm getting pretty fed up with Firefox. I often have multiple tabs open when using eBay and when I open a new one to view an item and continue browsing from tbe current one, Firefox will revert to a previous page when I navigate away to one of the other open tabs and then return to that tab again. For example I'll look at an item in a new tab I've opened and use to compare with other prices in other tabs then I'll go back and continue my search from lets say eBay page 20 but the Web browser tab will revert back to page 1 or even the very 1st page opened in that specific tab which could have been page 30 -40

Using Ram Manager Pro and the Swap Disk feature available from the Google Play Store you can enjoy extended lengths of time using your favorite websites browser such as Firefox Beta or any other web browser you choose.

Advantages include switching between multiple open tabs in your Web browser without the Web browser reloading the page due to running out of memory. You also won't be sent to an earlier Web page you visited when changing tabs

Ive tried them all but for me ff is the best all rounder plays vidz properly etc the tabs thing is so annoying but i will try the app suggested.
The keyboard is a problem tho as its a generic problem and swift key that im using at the min seems the least likely to cockup its not a spelling thing at times it will write the word backwards, in tbe middle of another word, nothing at all, it has to be somethung to do with a cache or where the kbs temp folder is etc.

Android by now has had time to sort its self out and it simply hasnt im clnsidering an iPhone for my next blower for the simple reason stuff just works, i k ow someone will say yes but theres so many makers and devs of droid but the fact is theres simply just too many fails and bugs constantly where apple just works.

As you can see the keyboadd failed again whdn typing: also i cant find the swap disk app any poi ters?

I thinks its more of a web site issue than keyboard as ive not had this for ages untill I've posted on here via ff

The Swap Disk is a feature available inside Ram Manager Pro. If you set it to something similar to the setting I have it on then you should get good results.

I read the Ram Manager Pro reviews or found them on Google there not great.. is there another option?

Indeed there are some bad reviews of Ram Manager Pro, especially the 1st page of reviews which has someone complaining that the application was requesting them to rate it which they didn't like. Fortunately the application asking you to review it doesn't affect the functionality of the application.

Although if a review like that has made you change your mind then so be it. Personally I have never had the application ask me to review it once I had changed the settings so I never open it now as it doesn't need to be open on the screen for it to work.

Overall it is a 4.4 out of 5 rated application, and my personal experience with this application was that it prevented Firefox from force closing when browsing for long extended amounts of time, even when returning to tabs that have navigated forwards & backwards the tabs display just as they were like on a desktop computer.

I made a video below searching for bikes on eBay using Firefox Beta on the desktop version of the website and comparing the prices with other websites on other tabs, and as you can see "it just works" and keeps on working.

Most of the Web browser reviews on video websites only show browsing a single page with some navigation here and there with no other tabs, and using the mobile versions of the websites too.

Unfortunately any phone can lag as detailed by 7 minutes & 49 seconds into the "What's on my iPhone" video below. So maybe try the Ram Manager application and see if it works for you, and if it doesn't then there is no harm done and you can uninstall it.

More multitasking 512mb ans around 1gb to sd..
But it seems to have settled down now or its kne particular app thats not getting on with it..

Unfortunately the #@it firefox still reloads tabs to an earlier page android is just too @#it at vetting anytbu g above 90% ofsatisfaction for it users people wonder why apple is better tbis is why..
My next phone will be the iphone and when i can afford to swap the tab it will be an ipad or win8 tab android goodbye.

So you're going to switch to iPhone because Firefox is a buggy piece of junk? You do know that iPhone doesn't even have Firefox right? Good luck with that.

If I were you, I would ditch that terrible browser you are using now for something better.

You could try:
Boat (my favorite)
Dolphin
Chrome
Opera Classic
Maxathon
Next Browser
Naked Browser
... and many more.

I love Firefox - my go-to browser for Android, Linux and Windows.

i agree its simply the best all rounder which ever platform.

but im affraid im going to have to consider apple on my next upgrade android simply isnt good enough for the time its been around theres always that little something that doesnt work right cocksup, dont get me wrong im not blaming droid droid is brilliant its everyone else hardware manufacturers and sowftware devs that simply dont or cant do their job right for various reasons apple may only have several devices but thats why it simply works when you want it to and need it to (not tried win 8 tabs or phones so cant comment)., theres a reason buisinesses use apple and it because it works and hardy cocks up.. especially on a software level
