Getting information from apps installed??

Hello list,

I have a quick question about getting information from android apps.

Take AOL for example. When I download the AOL app from Play Store - under my Google account - abc@google.com.

I installed the app on my phone, then sign in - with my AOL account - xyz@aol.com.

What information will be given? Do both developers and corporates (AOL in this case) see both my email accounts?
