Getting nexus 7 RAZR HD or RAZR m

I'm getting the nexus 7 this week (32GB). I have a RAZR m and RAZR HD. Which one would you keep? I like the size of the m but the screen of the HD. I would make a better profit off of the HD but I probably won't be able to pay what I paid for another mint RAZR HD.

RAZR HD, it will last longer when your are hot-spotting.

BTW, I don't think anyone's mentioned it yet, but there no LTE for Nexus 4. It's just HSPA, IIRC.

I'm assuming you meant Nexus 4 the phone and not Nexus 7 the tablet.

I read it has Nexus, or Razr M, or HD.
