Like everything Google, this may be a somewhat staggered rollout. I'd keep checking back.I was able to fix the stuck issue with that support page, but now it says Carrier does not support chat. Is there a known Verizon issue with RCS?

I've had it since December on my Pixel 3 on Verizon, and that is using Verizon's RCS server.Thx all for your replies, it is Verizon. They only supposed Galaxy at the moment on RCS.
