Getting Red exclamation point inside of red triangle when trying to send a text message

when trying to send a text message to a promotional address I keep grtting the red exclamation point inside of red triangle, and message fails to deliver. I have changed the priority settings. what can I do about this?

Did you uncheck high priority and it's still doing this?

Yeh, change the priority setting back to default.

Did that, it was just for a contest so I guess it doesn't matter anymore, Thanks
