Help getting systemui has stopped error from active application manager

I just factory reset my Samsung galaxy s4 due to some frequent crashes. Now the phone works fine besides whenever I try to open the active applications manager (Holding down home button) I get a "unfortunately the process com.android.systemui has stopped" error

Can someone give me advice on how to fix this?

Reinstall the OS via odin

Solution to ur problem I guess. Worked for me.

I had the same issue whenever I pressed and held down the HOME button on my Galaxy s4 (It just started yesterday) I found a Fix online. All I had to do was Uninstall Google Apps.
Now I can open the Taskbar (Hold Home Button) And this message doesn't show up anymore.
