Can anyone help what are these and how to get rid off them

I did the same ...but after period of time they are generated again can you please help by telling the reason behind

Have you tried watching them? They look like they're being saved/downloaded from some site, perhaps they're meant to be saved temporarily while you're on the site, but for some reason they're failing to be removed when done. If you watch them, you may recognize where they're coming from.

Also, which directory are they in? Telling us the full path name may be helpful.
