so I don' have a credit card (underage). And apparently vanilla gift cards don't work. Gpc doesn't work in my country either. Are there any gift cards that I can use?

Gift cards that work with Google play?

It might be a regional thing because your generic visa gift card will work with Google Play in the U.S. as long as it's been activated properly. If it's your intention to use the funds only in Google play then you can purchase a Play gift card and then credit your account that way.
