Help Gingerbread Aftermath on my Nexus One...Help? :-(

I just installed Gingerbread over OTA on my Nexus One. Now I not only have low disk space on my phone but I can't get gmail (using the gmail app) to get my emails nor does my Google Talk work. Can someone please help? I am going to try erasing some apps but otherwise I could use the advice. Thank you!

Move as much as you can to the SD card. Move things off the SD card and back on again.

It will make moving apps a lot easier by showing you which ones you can move. Also it will clear out your cache which will free up some room also.

You know 2.3 tells you what you can move as standard? You go to On SD Card, and the list is everything that you can move. If it has a tick, it's already on the card, if not, move it.

Yes I know but that app also allows you to clean up the cache too.
