A 2.3.4 ROM from ZTE has been leaked in a Chinese tech Forum. This comes after a few hints from ZTE that they were "evaluating" Gingerbread for the the Blade.
The ZTE Blade has been a huge success for ZTE, who are now the fourth largest mobile phone manufacturer worldwide.
Given that it took four months for European carriers to start delivering Froyo to their customers after it was first leaked, dont hold your breath.
However several developers over at blade.modaco.com have been tinkering with the leak, adding the proper APNs and other fixes necessary for the update to be usable in Europe. I am testing one myself (link) by a great guy called Wbaw, and its lovely.
Hopefully ZTE will release the 2.6.35 kernel source soon, which would be a great benefit to Blade users using CM7.
