hey guys. im new to all this android stuff and i have a PCD chaser from virgin mobile. it has gingerbread.... and im wanting something newer like ics or jb. it is rooted< and im not sure how...or if i can do this. is there a way to change operating systems? im running different emulators but...its not the same. any info would be greatly appreciated,
