GiterMani.. is it a virus??

When I opened my market there was few updates necessary, but among them there was an app that I've never downloaded or installed and it required update, the app named GiterMani.
I have done a search about it and it seems to be related to free music download app. and some said to look into applications folder for an app called Test account and uninstall tp get rid of GiterMani, but I cant find such application in my device. also in the market when I press uninstall on GiterMani update page a pop up appear says server does not response...
I have uninstalled free music download and now the GiterMani doesnt appear with "update" but still appear in the market under "myApps".
 
Ok, here is latest input..
I have uninstalled all music download apps on my device, then restarted the device and now no more GiterMani appear in my apps list on the market :)
 
It's under "free music mp3 downloads" in android market. This application will bring up the " getermani " in myapp , makes you expected it is a virus because she can not updated , uninstall the app and " gitermani " will not bother you again
