Help Give a movie on Google Play to another account?

Is this possible? I have a movie on another Google account that I want to transfer to my current Google account. So far, it doesn't seem possible.

You can't transfer (not as far as I'm aware anyway), but you can link the other google account as a secondary account to the tablet and all content you've tied to the other account will be usable.

It would also be nice on the new G-Play if I could purchase an app for my kids in collage and it would be DL to their N7 the next time they log in.

Only way I can think of for that, is to log into the Play site on your PC, log in with their Google account, and get the app there, then it'll push to the device. Assuming they trust you with their password
