Giving lucky patcher root permissions via adb?

Hi,
Basically the question is the title.
Can you grant root permissions to lucky patcher using adb.
I'm pretty new to adb and my phone isn't really rootable (yet)
What commands do I need to execute to grant lucky patcher root permissions. Is it

adb shell pm grant com.android.vending.billing.InAppBillingService.CRAC android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS

And

adb shell pm grant com.android.vending.billing.InAppBillingService.CRAC android.permission.DUMP

Please tell me if I'm correct or correct me.

Just noticed lucky patcher has a forum.

App forums can be created here automatically if someone using the forum app has the particular app installed. It doesn't mean that people will answer questions which violate the forum rules.

Anyway I very much doubt you can do it without root.
