Help Glalaxy grand software bug

My galaxy grand request an new software from 4.1.2 to 4.2.2 by its update center inside my phone ,after I installed the new software the phone didn't boot up . The galaxy logo show up then its restart and return to galaxy logo and continue to infinite loop.

I tried to connect my device to Kies software but unfortunately it's can't see my device because I didn't activate the usb debugging before upgrading software.

And when I hold power + home + volume up nothing appear that I can't enter to recovery mode

Only when hold power + home + volume down I enter to odin mode for custom OS

then when I tried to install new rom by odin software it's failed

some people told me that my device can't be fixed and it's dead.

Please advise how can I recover my phone.

Bring the phone to your carrier. They installed the update, so they're responsible for any damage it did. If they can't reflash the phone, they'll have to replace it. In some places, they're responsible for "incident damage" - which includes the calue of replacing any data you lost (which could be quite high, depending on what data you keep on your phone).

They don't bother making sure that the updates can't do what yours did, because they know that most people will just accept their word that you have to get a new phone, and don't know that by forcing you to accept the update they accept legal responsibility for it.
