Glaxy is not performing well

Glaxy s11 creating battery problem and not performing well i earned it from mascut oman battery i con is blinking and after shutting down the cell it shows that cell phone is on charging its body gets warm automatically while its shut down .with out any command it wil be on and off please help me

This sounds like a hardware failure. You may need to get it repaired or replaced.

You could try removing the battery for a few minutes and then put it back together and plug it in. That kind of reset may help.
