glaxy note note 2 not powering on

hi, i just finished charging my phone ad i saw a green light trying to press the button but not turning on. i removed the battery and still the same its not turning on. i dont think battery is the problem.

pls advised. thanks

Hi Cathy, welcome to Android Forums!

I want to make sure you are pressing the right button. The power button should be on the right side of the phone if you are looking at the screen.

You may need to press the button and hold it down for up to ten seconds to get it to power on.

When you were charging it, if the green light came on indicating the phone was completely charged, and holding the power button down doesnt turn it on, i would contact your local cell carrier. If you haven't had it very long, you may have a warranty claim.
