Help Glitchy touch screen operation

Lately have been noticing that the touch screen is glitchy. You touch the screen and nothing happened. Then a second or so later the app I touched finally opens. I was trying to type a web site in several seconds later what I typed in finally shows up.

I get the same problem. Maybe too many windows open

Try clearing app cache/data. Mine would do the same thing, until I cleared a bunch of useless data and now it runs like a champ!
