Does anyone know if there is a theme that will replace normal text lettering with blue neon glowing lettering for texting?

ok, you can change the font, font color, date color for each specific person, or just overall. When you first open handcent/text messages, on the upper left is a star, click the star>click settings> custom style>bubble settings

If you want to click per person, you need to open a text to that person, then follow the same above.
