gmail attachments at top of email how do i move them?

Ever since the update, when i open up my gmail messages there is a long list of all of the attachements including logos in peoples email signatures, that I have to scroll past to get to the actual message, which is really a pain in the ass...
I can not find a way to move these in the settings, or at least just get the stuff that is not actually an attachment (i.e. logo's)... does anybody know of a fix for this?

bumping this up the inbox, a rep at radio shack told me to delete my gmail application and start over but i can not figure out how to delete the app, maybe it is unable to delete because it is a google phone?
