Help Gmail label shortcut....gone?

I swear I had the option to add a Gmail label shortcut to the home screen when I first got this thing. Now I can't find it. It's not under shortcuts or widgets.

Under Shortcuts/App actions.

I don't remember it being under a sub-category, but all's well that ends well.
