Gmail marking thread replies as Spam and "Not Spam" doesnt help, ideas?

When I'm subscribed to threads, the messages go to my spam box in Gmail and I dont know how to make it stop. I hit the "not spam" button which puts it in the inbox but doesnt stop future messages from going into spam. Any ideas?

Do you have any filters set in gmail that might be making the emails act that way?

oh thank god I found this thread and the last response. It was really freaking me out. Just glad to know it's being worked on.
