I just took some photos with my Galaxy S9+, selected a bunch in bulk in the Google Photos app, and shared them (in-app) via Gmail. For some reason they show up as "Queued" with no details and are sitting in an "Outbox". What gives?
I'm guessing that - since they were too large to send in their original size - Google is currently compressing them and that's the hold up. However, this is a process that shouldn't take any longer than a handful of seconds per photo. The combined "full size" was 30MB and the "large" option I selected was ~6MB.
Anyone else have this problem?
I'm just gonna share them via Google Drive, so it's not a big deal, but wondering if this is a known and fixable issue or something I'm overlooking.
