gmail settingd on hero

Ok .... i have the hero. And n e email I send,The address is auto saved to my contacts. how do I switcch that option?

Are cheating on your wife? Because I don't see why you are trying to hide your Email address you've sent emails to? And currently I don't see any option to do this.

Not married ! just don't like strolling through endless e mail addresses when I'm trying to find people to call. N e ideas ?
