On my old Crapberry, whenever I got an email in Gmail, text msg, etc - beside each applicable icon there would be a red star showing me I had a msg.
For some reason, I cannot find a widget that will do this correctly!
The one I did find said it didn't work with the latest Android version for Gmail. There has to be one out there! I miss the notifications in that manner.
Can anyone give a newbie a helping hand?
My operating system is: Android 2.3.5. Build is Gingerbread (not sure if this is any help to ones here)
