Gmail update & tif files

Co Worker did the 4.2.1 upgrade and now can not read .tif files. I could read mine fine..while looking for a solution, I upgraded my phone and now I cannot read .tif attachments.. so its due to upgrade..

Most all emails we receive from the office are .tif files. shows thumbnail but when you go to view shows another thumbnail and sits trying to open the file.

both phones are Razr maxx both have android 4.0.4

I have searched forums and web for a few days looking then waiting for the same problem to be posted but no joy..

anyone else having this problem? more importantly.... a solution... lol

You can go into settings > apps > gmail > and click in uninstall updates. That's about all I got
