on my nexus 7 i every 30 sec -minute i git a message unfortuntely gmail has stopped. and the process com .google.process.gapps has stopped i tried to install the gapps part but didnt work so i restored it to my backup and since then i am gitting it

The latest version of gApps doesn't work with some roms.

In other words, the latest version (maybe two now) is for 4.2.2 roms only. ALWAYS best to go with the recommended gApps by the rom dev. Then make a backup and try other gApps if you prefer some feature provided by them (like inverted apps).

thanks alot i thought that the app i used( think it wa goomanager or rom toolkit ) automatically picks the correct gapps thanks alot sir

For a stock rom, it should but custom roms sometimes have special needs.
