Anyone else having problems with Gmail since recent Update? I keep getting connection errors. Tried uninstalling updates clear cash/data re-update. Still same issue. Stock Gmail app works fine. No issues with app update on phone so it could be that my galaxy tab hates me again.

If the stock Gmail app works fine, what app are you using? And is "the latest update" an app or a system update (and in either case, what version)?

Gmail app updated thru Playstore, latest update. Previous versions not a problem also latest update on my phone is ok. Galaxy tab 10.1 SCH i905 doesn't like it or me.


When I say stock I mean Gmail with uninstalled updates

Unfortunately I can't help as I don't use that app or have that device, but hopefully someone else will be able to check that combination.

I posted same question in tab forum. Thought it may be quirk with device since it only one I have with app update issue. Love the tab other than fact it stuck at android4.0.4 and not many custom Rom choices.
