Help Gmain contacts online update

Hi,

I always save contacts in gmail in my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone.
I was just checking all of my contacts in my mobile which are saved in gmail are actually there online in Gmail->Conatcts or not?

I found some of my lately added contacts are not yet visible online in Gmail -> Contacts. Lately means I have added before more than one month now.

Is there any way to update this contacts so that all of my mobile contacts appear online?

Should be a sync button somewhere. I'm not 100% sure as I save contacts to the phone, and then Metro Backup takes care of storing them for me.
