Gmote question

i have gmote and I love the idea of it. But when I play some songs they sound frankly of terrible quality. Are there any ideas or thoughts to y this may be. I have windows 7 and am running 2.1v3

What is your internet at home?

Are you connecting your phone to your computer through Wifi or through 3G?

My internet is comcast and it is over wifi. G band, my router is a wrt600n linksys.

Hm. I would have suggested that it was because your internet was slow.

I connect to my phone through 3g and Wifi and my music sounds fine. Sorry I am not sure then why your music doesn't sound as well.

wireless G can give a really bad connection, much lower speed than comcast.

do a speedtest on the computer wifi and on your phone 3G.
www.speedtest.net and/or www.speakeasy.net
these two sites should work.
u should be interested in the upload of the computer and the download of the phone.
keep in mind that your computer and phone both might be doing other things using the interenet connection at the same time that you are streaming.
