Go back from CustomROM to stock rom

Hey, I have a galaxy a 3 (sm-a300f). For a few months I put the lineage os on it. But now I want to revert back to stock. I forgot to make a back up. Pls help!

In most cases flashing a .tar file will wipe the phone like new. If it has a home csc file in the tar then you can flash it and lose no data.
