Hi everybody. I am new to the Android word, so please bear with me if I sound stupid with my question.
I have an HTC Incredible with Androind 2.3.3. I am using "Go Contacts EX" as it seems soooo much better than the stock "People" app, but I am having a strange problem with the Favorites syncing with google contacts:
In Google I have a group called "Starred in Android" which cannot be deleted. This group appears correctly in "Go Contacts EX" with the same name. So far so good.
If I add a contact to "Starred in Android" in Google then the contact appears correctly on the Favorites pane and also under "Starred in Android" in "Go Contacts EX". Perfect.
If I add a contact in the "Starred in Android" group in "Go Contacts EX" this apears correctly in that group in Google and also under Favorites in "Go Contacts EX". Perfect again.
Now the problem: if I use the + icon in the Favorites pane in "Go Contacts EX" and select a contact, or I click on the heart on a contact, then this appears in the Favorites pane, but not in the "Starred in Android" in Google nor in "Go Contacts EX".
Please note that I always sync manually after each operation just to make sure.
Has anybody experineced this strange behaviour? Is it a bug? Is it a feature I don't understand?
