Go from fragment to another fragment in another activity

My scenario is very simple: I have two activities, activity A has 4 fragments, activity B has 5 fragments, now I need to go from 1st fragment of activity B to the 4th fragment in activityA. How should I handle this, all the solution about transfering between fragments are within one activity, but now it's two activities involved.

Please help me out, thanks in advance!
