Also, you can just change that if you have other themes downloaded.
Menu-preferences-visual settings-icons-menu icons.

Again, you need to have different themes installed. You can mix and match different themes for your backgrounds, icons...

you need theme with custom menu icons, I have template to eclipse with it, 90% of themes have default menu :/
