Help Go SMS Pro Error

Recently installed the Go SMS Pro app on note 4, verified the text and sms verifications, but I keep getting the same code when verifying that my phone number and Country code are correct ? Message says "connected failed" i received 30 verification chides, but do not any more? Please help? No way to get a hold of these people, crazy!!

I don't actually know what verification you are referring to, but the Go developers are not famous for being responsive. Do you have a particular reason for using this app as opposed to Textra, Chomp, Evolve or one of the many others? Otherwise the simplest fix is probably to find another app which works better.
