go sms pro settings

I'm using an Alcatel One touch X'pop running on JB 4.1..I recently installed GO SMS pro and my phone keeps vibrating everytime I receive a text msge. How to I go to the apps settings?
I've tried numerous times to access the settings and it's driving me nuts..please help
