This question may have been asked, but i can't find it.

In GO SMS if Someone sends a multi person text to several people, when i reply it gets sent to everyone that the other person sent the original text to..

I have talked to so new and interesting people this way:eek: but i am sure there must be a way to stop this.. I just can't figure it out..

Any help would be appreciated.

Under settings, hit the advanced tab. Then select "Send Settings". Click the "Send as Split Conversations" checkbox, and you're set to go.

No dice, I just tried what you said, it just sent it to every person one at a time. But still replied to every number that got the original text..

Ok wait, that'd kind of odd. If you did not enable split conversations in the first place, all the sms you sent to multiple individuals would be shown as one conversation with all the sent messages. When someone replies. It SHOULD be shown as a conversation separate from that single one which was sent to multiple people, and as a conversation for that person only. (You would see a conversation that was sent to many, then above that if someone replies, it should show another conversation list with that person who replied only)

Anyhow, the previous text you sent to multiple people, we cant do anything about it anymore. However now that you have enabled sending multiple messages as split conversations, Any text message you send to multiple individuals will not be separate. For example, if you send a message to people's A-Z, you would see separate threads for A, B, C all the way to Z unlike previously where you see the sent group text as one thread.
