The incoming calls from my wife goes directly to vm after one ring. No problem with any other incoming calls. Her telephone number is *not* on the blacklist, whiteboard, blocked, etc. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Go into your contacts app and see if your ringtone is set correctly and not to voice mail for your wife
