Going back and forth from messenger to FB

I've never had a Samsung until now and can't for the life of me go back easily from messenger app to Facebook. I'll be done reading a message and see no instant way to navigate back to Facebook. Its really driving me up a wall.

By double taping the app switcher button, it will switch between the 2 most recent used apps, so if you have been using messenger and facebook most recent you could just switch app by double tapping the switcher button. Or just enable the feature to allow messenger to open on top of other apps
