Going to New Zealand, recommend some apps please

Hi, I'm going to NZ with gf in a few days and I own a sprint Evo ( apps will only work on wifi/gps). I was just wondering if any travelers/posters have any good apps for traveling?

We plan to hike, bungee jump, hang glide and other things. Gonna check out mt. Doom while were close

I have the survival guide app (just in case) and a gps hiking app that works without cell coverage/internet. Any other recommendations?

The Air New Zealand mPass might be handy for domestic flights.

Some more apps here (not all of them are useful for travellers however)
